Delete Your Account

Applies to accounts on uptready.com and the UPT Ready mobile app

You can request deletion of your UPT Ready account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent: your profile, supply inventories, notes, journal, calendar, drill history, posts, comments, messages, and cloud backups are removed and cannot be recovered.

How to request deletion

  1. Email Reddy@uptready.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my UPT Ready account."
  2. We verify the request came from your account email (we may reply to confirm).
  3. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation when it's done.

What is deleted

Your login credentials, profile, and all content stored in your account — including community posts and any cloud backup of your device data.

What may be retained

Records we're required to keep: payment and subscription records are held by our payment processor (Stripe) under its own retention rules, and minimal legal/security records where the law requires. If you had an active paid membership, deletion cancels future billing; it does not by itself refund past charges.

Before you go

Want your data off our servers without losing the app? Turn on Local-Only Mode in Privacy settings — your information stays on your device only. You can also wipe local device data from the same screen.
